حتى إذا كنت تدرس الإنجليزية في مدرسة لغات، فهذا لا يعني أنك لا تَستطيع التعلم خارج الصف الدراسى. فعليك بإستعمال العديد من المصادر المختلفة و الطرقِ و الأدوات المحتملة قدر المستطاع، فهذا سيسمح لك بالتعلم بشكل أسرع حيث توجد هناك العديد من الطرقِ المختلفة التي يمكنك من خلالها أن تحسن إنجلزيتك، لذا لا تقيد نفسك فقط بمصدر واحد او إثنان. و يعتبر الإنترنت بالفعل مصدرا رائعا لتعلم أي شئِ ، لكنه
الافضل و المثالي لمتعلّمِ اللغة.


3- أحط نفسك باللغة الإنجليزية

الطريقة الفضلى لتعلم الإنجليزيِة هى أَن تحيطَ نفسك بها. دون ملاحظاتك بالإنجليزيةِ، ضع الكتب الإنجليزية فى جميع أنحاء غرفتك، استمع إلى برامج اللغة الإنجليزية الإذاعية، شاهد الأخبار و كذلك الأفلام و القنوات الإنجليزية. تكلم الإنجليزية مع أصدقائك حيثما ذهبت. فكلما كانت المادة الإنجليزية التى تحيط بك أكثر، كلما زادت سرعة تعلمك للإنجليزية بل و من الأفضل أن تبدأ بالتَفكير باللغة الإنجليزية .

4 - استمع إلى المتحدثين الأصليين للإنجليزية قدر المستطاع

6 - استمع إلى الموسيقى الإنجليزية

8 - أجب عن التمارين و الامتحانات

يعتقد العديد من الناسِ بأن حل و إجابة اختبارات و التمارين لَيست مرحة بالقدر الكافى على أية حال، يمكنك عن طريق حل التمارينِ و إجابة الاختبارات التي تحسن من إنجليزيتك . إحدى أفضل الأسباب لحل الكثير من التمارين و الاختبارات هى أنها تعطيك الدرجات لمقارنة نتائجك الحالية و المستقبلية. و في أغلب الأحيان، فإن مقارنة نتيجتك فى اختبار أجبت عنه بالأمس مَع آخر أجبت عنه منذ شهر أَو قبل ستّة شهور سيتيح لك فرصة التعرف مقدار ما تعلمته , إذا كنت لا تختبر نفسك أبداً، فلَن تتعرف قط على مقدار تقدمك. ابدأ الآن بالإجابة عن بعض التمارينِ والاختبارات، ثم عاود الكرة بعدها ببضعة أيام لتتعرف على مقدار ما تعلمت. داوم على هذا المنوال و بالتأكيد ستحرز بعض التقدم فى اللغةِ

9 - سجل لنفسك

لا يحب بعض الأشخاص أن يستمع فرد آخر إلى صوته على شرائط الكاسيت. لكن الأمر مثل الاختبارات، فمن الأفضل أن تقارن أشرطتك من وقت لاخر. فلربما يعجبك تقدّمك الذي تحققه بالقدر الذى يجعلك لا تبالى بأن تستمع إلى صوتك.


10 - استمع إلى اللغةِ الإنجليزية

بهذا، نعني، تحدث فى الهاتف أَو اَستمع إلى البرامج الإذاعية أو الكتب الصوتية أَو الأقراص مدمجةِ باللغةِ الإنجليزيةِ. و هذا يختلف عن مشاهدة التلفزيونِ أَو الأفلام لأنك لا تستطيع رؤية الشخصِ الذي يتحدث إليك. يقول الكثير من متعلّمى اللغة الإنجليزيِة أن التحدث فى الهاتف أحد أكثر الأشياءِ الصعبةِ التي يقومون بها والطريقُ الوحيدُ لتَحْسين
