تتميز عن روايه اخرى بعدم وجود بطل رئيسي تروى الأحداث من خلاله ولكنه لكل فرد في الروايه الحق في فصل على الأقل تروى الروايه من خلاله ومن الممكن أن يموت أي من الابطال في اي لحظه فلا توجد فكرة البطل اللذي لا يموت مهما حاقت به المخاطر " يعني من الاخر لو حبيت شخصيه ولقيتها في موقف صعب خاف عليها لأنها ممكن تموت فعلا الراجل ده معندوش غالي"
وكمان الروايه تحولت لمسلسل تحت عنوان الجزء الأول من الروايه "game of thrones" حصل على rating 9.4
